For by grace you have been saved through faith.

Making Friends

Our group is very diverse, both in age range and in interests, so we're sure you'll fit in well!

There are plenty of opportunities to get to know each other better.

On Sunday mornings, many like to arrive early at 10:00 for coffee, donuts, and a time for chatting before our class starts at 10:20.  It's an enjoyable time to get to know each other better, and then we continue munching and sipping while we learn.  Visitors are always welcome!

On some Sundays, we share lunch together after the worship service, and guests are always invited to join us.  Although it may seem a little crowded at times, no one seems to mind.

Sometimes we celebrate together...like this 60th wedding anniversary of our precious friends.  Now THAT's worth celebrating, wouldn't you agree?!?

The women occasionally like to get together for a craft day, movie night, an evening to eat out at a restaurant, antique shopping, or just whatever sounds like fun for everyone.   For some of us that means it is Dad's night with the kids!
These last pictures were taken in the fall when the Hambrick's invited the whole church to their home for lunch and a hayride.  (Our group has grown a bit since then!)

No one in our group is perfect, as you will learn.  But we do our best to keep our eyes focused on The One who is, and that makes all the difference!

Staying in touch with what is going on in each other's lives is important to us.  That is how we can know how to support and pray for each other...and who doesn't need a little support and prayer every once in awhile?
